Posted by Robert M, Last modified by Robert M on 07 April 2012 10:18 AM If you have lost or forgotten your installer code for Powerseries (PC1616/PC1832/PC1864) and need to make changes to the system programming you will need to factory reset the panel which will remove/reset ALL programming and should also reset the installer, master and user codes. Please note: THIS WILL ERASE ALL PROGRAMMING. So this is a last resort only. Also, some DSC panels are modified for the installing company (eg. ADT) so even when factory reset they still maintain THEIR custom code rather than the DSC default code. This factory reset is performed at your own risk as a last resort and we do not provide support for this procedure.
Go back to Electricity Supply office and submit Original Challan Form along with copy of receipt and copy of your electricity bill too technician there. Employee transfer form. Their technician will visit your society in next 3-4 days for meter testing (seems they have some machine with which they check whether meter is running fine or not) and will submit testing report to you at home.
