Parrot 3200 Ls Firmware Upgrade

Hello, my first post on the forums. I have two of these units installed in both of my cars. I need to update the firmware because my iphone no longer rings on incoming calls. The current software loaded is 2.03c and I know the latest is 2.12 so it needs doing, however I have found it impossible to upgrade using the Bluetooth interface. I have installed the Parrot software installer program and got as far as uploading the most recent software to my PC, but when I try to update, the PC says it needs me to load a Windows disk in to my CD Drive?

And won't let me continue. Eventually it aborts and I can't continue.
