I’ll get emails on my phone all the time in random places where I’m not in a position to address the issue being asked of me. I get a lot of anxiety about things slipping through the cracks.

I don’t want to read an email, and then forget to get back to the person/task by the time I’m in the office. Today I’m going to show you how to automate this process so you’ll never again neglect an email.

We’re going to use to make Gmail and Yalla talk to each other. Mtp driver cracked screen. When we’re done, Yalla will automatically create a priority assigned to us every time we star or flag an email we receive. To use an example, let’s say a client emails me about some changes he wants made on his website.

Let’s say said client emails me while I’m on a bike ride. Now all I have to do is star or flag the email. First you’ll need to. A free plan is more than enough for what we need. Second, you’ll need to ask us for an invite key to use Yalla on Zapier.

To be taken to the invite screen. It’ll look like this: Ok, once you’ve got your Zapier account setup, it’s time for us to make a “Zap.” A “Zap” is basically a series of triggers and actions from one app to another. Once you’ve logged into your new Zapier account, click the orange “Make a Zap!” button to get started.

• Name your Zap on the left side of the screen – I went with the extremely creative “Starred Gmail – Yalla Priority” • On the right/main section of the screen, choose Gmail as your Zap trigger. You may need to search for it before it’s available. • Now you’ll select the type of trigger. We’re going to scroll down and select “New Starred Email,” then Save and Continue. • Connect your Gmail account to Zapier, choosing “yes” on the ensuing popup asking you for access permission.

• Zapier will ask you to make sure you’ve got at least one email recently starred so you can test your Zap. Star a random email in your inbox if you don’t already have one, and click through so Zapier finds the email.

• Once you’ve tested and seen that Zapier found the correct test starred email, click continue. • Now it’s time to set up your Zap’s action – what happens when you trigger it with a starred message in your Gmail inbox. Search for the Yalla app and choose the “create priority” action. Click Save and Continue. • You’ll now need to connect your Yalla account to Zapier. Click “Connect a New Account” to get a popup explaining the steps to take.
