Chinese 2 Din Gps Software

A lot of them claim the GPS part is run by Win CE so you could purchase and install different software / update maps etc. I am a bit wary however of any no name brand car stereo. A 'friend of a friend' has one and Ive heard indirectly its good but I would like to hear first hand experience. Examples: Im particually wary how well an inbuilt bluetooth mic would work, Im yet to see one with an external mic.
