I'd install all of these: Chipset driver: Peripherals metadata: And, I'd also look elsewhere on the unit for a second model number that better identifies which hardware is included in your unit as Sony is well known for double modeling their laptops and desktops and showing only limited driver offerings for one model or the other. And since I can find no USB drivers or filters for that particular model number, it's likely listed under another model so if those drivers above do not resolve the issue we would need to pursue that avenue.
